🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping

We offer fast and reliable shipping throughout the United States.
All in-stock and pre-order items placed in the same order will ship together once all items are available.

For larger orders, we may ship your in-stock items sooner until the rest of your pre-order items come in, however if you’d like ensure all of your in-stock items ship first, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.

In the event you need an in-stock item shipped ahead of your pre-order at any point, please email us at valoriavideo@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed due to factors outside of our control, including delays caused by the shipping carrier. After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery times are controlled by the carrier.

Orders delivered outside of the estimated delivery timeframe due solely to carrier delays do not qualify for a return or refund on that basis alone.

Delivered Packages

Once tracking provided by the shipping carrier confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided with the order, the order is considered delivered and fulfilled.

Valoria Video is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise missing after the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery.

Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received

If a customer cannot locate a package after tracking shows that it was delivered, the customer should contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number. The carrier may be able to verify where the package was scanned as delivered, confirm whether it was delivered to the correct address, or provide additional information regarding the delivery.

We also recommend checking with household members, nearby neighbors, and the regular mail carrier in case the package was delivered to or left at a nearby location.

We proudly ship to most countries worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.

These charges are not included in our item prices or shipping rates and are the buyer’s responsibility. Payment for any such duties or taxes may be required upon arrival of your package.

We recommend checking with your local customs office or shipping carrier prior to delivery to determine if any additional charges may apply.
