Description

Rimini, Italy, 1945. The war has ended, and two returning soldiers decide to celebrate their homecoming with a night on the town. One of them, Tonino, is hesitant — he is engaged and does not wish to betray his fiancée. However, circumstances lead him into an unexpected encounter that changes everything.

Inside a local establishment, Tonino is stunned to discover that the woman waiting for him is none other than his beloved (Fiamma Monti). After the initial shock fades, the couple confronts the complicated realities of wartime separation and rediscover the feelings that first brought them together.
