To celebrate 30 years since its original release, Boards of Canada’s Hi Scores returns in a new edition on Warp Records.
Originally released by Skam Records in 1996, Hi Scores was Boards of Canada’s first widely available release. The six-track EP features some of the duo’s most enduring pieces, including “Turquoise Hexagon Sun” and “Everything You Do Is a Balloon.”
For its 30th anniversary, Hi Scores is being reissued by Warp, marking the first time the group’s full catalogue has been widely available on vinyl at the same time.
Unavailable on vinyl since 2014, this new edition is presented in a gatefold 12" sleeve and includes four 12" × 12" prints.
The reissue follows the May 2026 release of Inferno, Boards of Canada’s first new album in 14 years.
