Instinct To Kill

A gritty and fast-paced action thriller, Instinct to Kill stars Missy Crider as Tess Beckett, a woman whose nightmare begins when she testifies against her sadistic husband Jim (Tim Abell), a police officer turned serial killer. Though he's sentenced to life in prison, Jim escapes, determined to exact his revenge. With the help of Detective Difford (Kadeem Hardison), Tess tries to stay one step ahead, but knows she won't survive unless she learns to fight back. She enlists the help of J.T. Dillon (Mark Dacascos), a former cop and combat trainer, to prepare for a confrontation she may not walk away from.

Directed by Gustavo Graef-Marino and based on the novel The Perfect Husband, the film delivers a potent mix of suspense, raw emotion, and hard-hitting action. Instinct to Kill reunites Dacascos and Hardison for the first time since their cult classic Drive, and benefits from strong performances and sharp pacing. Executive produced by Mark L. Lester, the director of Commando and Class of 1984, the film blends B-movie intensity with a surprisingly strong emotional core.
