Ultra-suave Hollywood veteran Cesar Romero stars as a fogbound writer caught up in an intricate murder mystery in this atmospheric British noir from prolific American director Sam Newfield.
Co-starring a pre-Moneypenny Lois Maxwell and featuring a scene-stealing appearance from The Ladykillers’ Katie Johnson, Lady in the Fog has been painstakingly restored by Hammer in 4K from the original film negatives.
With all flights grounded by a dense London fog, Philip O'Dell finds himself stranded in the city and passing the time at a bar. There he meets Heather, whose opportunistic brother has been run over and killed. While the police believe his death was accidental, Heather is convinced he was murdered.
