In a run-down Texas slaughterhouse in 1939, a child is born into the darkness of the world. The cannibalistic Hewitt family finds the abandoned boy, left to die, and raises him as one of their own. Under their godforsaken care, he develops a love of torture and chainsaws.
In the summer of 1969, a group of ill-fated young people witnesses the murderous rage of this newly born monster: Leatherface. The only thing more shocking than the ending is the beginning. This merciless prequel to The Texas Chainsaw Massacre pushes the franchise’s brutality to unbearable extremes.
Produced by Michael Bay, the blood-soaked film was released in German cinemas in 2006 only in a censored version. Almost 20 years later, the splatter classic can finally be experienced completely uncut and in all its glory—definitely not for the faint of heart!
