Synopsis
The nightmare terror of the slithering eye that unleashed agonizing horror on a screaming world!
Scientific investigator Alan Brooks (Forrest Tucker) is summoned to a remote Alpine village after the gruesome decapitation of a mountain climber. On his journey, he encounters telepathic sisters Anne and Sarah Pilgrim (Janet Munro and Jennifer Jayne), who soon follow him into the mystery.
Reuniting with his colleague Professor Crevett (Warren Mitchell), Brooks uncovers a sinister radioactive cloud hovering beneath the mountain summit. As terror spreads, a horrifying alien presence emerges from within the poisonous fog—one that seems particularly threatened by Anne’s psychic abilities.
Also known as The Crawling Eye and written by legendary screenwriter Jimmy Sangster, this cult classic would go on to influence horror masters like John Carpenter and Stephen King.
