Colonel Reynolds and his scientific team continue their top-secret experiments to reanimate the dead for military purposes. When Reynolds’ son Curt loses his girlfriend Julie in a tragic motorcycle accident, he turns to the same experimental process in a desperate attempt to bring her back.

The procedure works—but with horrifying consequences. Julie develops an uncontrollable hunger for human flesh, setting off a rapidly escalating nightmare of violence and the undead.
