Tammy has found the love of her life. The cheerleader is now dating the young Michael and is completely smitten. But after a cruel prank by Tammy’s ex-boyfriend and his rowdy friends, Michael ends up in a coma, hovering on the brink of death. The deranged Dr. Wachenstein steals Michael’s brain and implants it into a robotic dinosaur. When the experiment succeeds and Michael awakens in his new body, the “Teenage T-Rex” uses his newfound powers to strike back.
